At The ACM Store our customers mean a lot to us. We want you to have an easy and fuss free shopping experience, so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) to us for an *exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase simply send an email to email@example.com explaining the reason for your return or exchange. A member of the team will then contact you with a returns address.
Once your returned item has arrived at our HQ it will be inspected to make sure it applies to our returns policy. You will then be contacted a second time by a member of the team to confirm your refund/exchange.
*Exchange is like for like.
*Items must be unworn/unused, in brand new condition containing all tags and labels, and in original packaging where applicable. This is for re-sale purposes.
*We do not cover the cost of delivery back to us, however if an item is to be exchanged you will not have to pay for delivery on your new item. We do not take responsibility for any damages caused in transit back to us, so please make sure your items are packaged well, otherwise your refund/exchange will be void.
